Volaris Airlines, a major Mexican airline, needed a total overhaul of their current site, especially their booking flow. There were major time-out issues, miscommunication, and overall confusion throughout the process, leading to a severe drop in ticket sales. With such an energetic and fresh brand, Volaris had the potential to attract millions if their site properly educated their customers, which was our goal when it reached us. I came in at the tail end of this project, but was able to have a lot of fun nevertheless. I was responsible for the visual design of the Passenger page, all stages in the Payment process, converting many screens to mobile, as well as creating tablet screens to give the developers an idea of how the breakpoints should shift content.
